COLUMBUS, GEORGIA — SPEAKER · AUTHOR · JOURNALIST
Twenty-five years of chasing other people's stories taught me how to help you tell yours.
I specialize in investigating and curating unique human experiences. Drawing on my background in journalism, I document the heart of a story from its greatest challenges to its most treasured moments — and I bring that same eye to the corporate stage.
Edie Little, on air.
THE BYLINE
My working life reads like a string of reinventions: newspaper columnist on two coasts and in Panama, executive secretary to a U.S. Senator, a court reporter, and — for one memorable stretch — HR manager at Hugh Hefner's Chicago Playboy Club, where my actual job title was Bunny Mother.
None of those, though, taught me as much as the hardest transition of all: escaping a life-threatening domestic violence situation with my children in tow. I wrote a memoir about it, How Wonder Woman Became a Smuggler. Every talk I give now comes out of that same lesson — that real clarity isn't instant. It comes from time, from distance, and from having something to look back on.
"I don't teach resetting from theory. I'm the proof."
